Lazar Lazarovski, B.S.,R.T.(R) has been in the field of medical imaging since 2005. During the pandemic in 2020, he started RadTechCredits, a company that seeks to serve Radiologic Technologists by helping them improve the lives of their patients and build strong relationships with their co-workers by supplying them with relevant and transforming continuing education, advocacy, and training.

The three distinct pillars that drive his business are as follows:

1. Efficiency by creating a process that yields better quality with lower costs.
2. Integration through operational excellence at every touch point of the customer experience.
3. Innovation and development of new models and/or the improvement of existing models.

He strongly believes that leadership at any level is not so much about style as it is about character.
